Delivery inside Jordan:Same day delivery is available within Amman and if the product is ordered before 5pm, if the shipping address is within Jordan but outside Amman you will be informed of the date and shape your product will be delivered in, usually within next day.Flowrs and gifts Delivery inside Kuwait, Cairo, Dubai, Beirut, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Iraq:Orders will be delivered next day and you will be notified if we face any changes, if you need your order to be delivered same day, please contact us and we will see how we can help with that.
Substitution Policy:If the exact flowers or container you have selected are not available our expert florists will create a beautiful bouquet with the freshest available flowers. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value.

Note: If the order is on Friday, and the delivery time is between 11 am-2 pm, the order will be delivered after the Friday prayer.

Cancellations
While we process your request the moment we receive it during business hours, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete. Our network ranges throughout the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellations must be done prior to delivery, and in all cases within 24 hours of placing your order. Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and subject to a 20-100% charges depending on the item and status of delivery.
